About Sydney
Sydney Baccari, BA, RP (Q), is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) currently completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She practices under the supervision of Dr. Chris Carreira, Ph.D., C. Psych.
Sydney uses a client-centred, evidence-based approach to help clients better understand their experiences, build resilience, gain clarity, and develop effective coping skills.
She is dedicated to fostering mental health and well-being in clients of different ages, including children and adolescents. Sydney works to create a supportive, respectful environment where clients can explore concerns openly and take meaningful steps forward.
