About Catherine
Catherine Hubbard, MACP, RP, is a Registered Psychotherapist who brings a warm, client-centred approach to therapy. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
Catherine’s experience includes crisis mental health and emergency homelessness services, supporting individuals navigating complex and challenging life circumstances. She recognizes that each person’s experiences, identity, relationships, and environment can shape how they experience stress and mental health.
Her academic background in Sociology and Counselling informs a flexible therapeutic approach that integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
