Therapy and Assessment

Stephanie obtained a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is currently a PhD Candidate in the Clinical Psychology program at the University of Windsor.  Stephanie adopts a collaborative, client-centered, and evidence-based approach to psychotherapy. She uses techniques from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), and exposure plus response prevention (ERP) therapy. She works with adults who are experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, depression, chronic pain, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
