Stephanie Tellier is a Master’s of Counseling internship student who is treating clients under the supervision of Dr. Chris Carreira, Ph.D., C. Psych. Working under the supervision of Dr. Carreira, Stephanie offers her services at a reduced rate, and will be serving clients primarily out of the Amherstburg location at Milestone Physiotherapy, 601 Sandwich St. S, Amherstburg ON, N9V 3Z7, on Thursday’s and Friday’s. Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Family and Social Relations from the University of Windsor, and is completing her Master’s Degree at the University of Detroit Mercy. She has experience counselling children, adolescents, adults, and couples, and also has experience completing some assessments with these populations. Stephanie’s experience lies primarily in treating individuals diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and stress related disorders. Her main area of focus throughout her studies has been in human sexuality, focusing on a variety of concerns including: sex and gender orientation and identity, physical disability and sexuality, and consensual non-monogamy. As such, Stephanie provides LGBT-friendly and Kink-aware counseling. She is also bilingual in English and French, and provides services in both languages.
